QartoQuest Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of QartoQuest. By using QartoQuest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

QartoQuest and all related content, including software, gameplay mechanics, puzzle design, landmark images, text, branding, datasets, and visual assets, are owned by QartoQuest or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Your use of the service is limited to personal, non-exclusive, revocable use for gameplay and evaluation unless QartoQuest gives you separate written permission.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, mirror, hotlink, reverse engineer for competitive reuse, or create derivative commercial products from QartoQuest or its content. You may not use automated tools to harvest images, datasets, puzzle outputs, or editorial content, and you may not use QartoQuest content to train or improve other software, models, or competing products without prior written approval.

QartoQuest may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. QartoQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
